Volume for its own sake
Load picked by feel, technique corrected only when something breaks, and conditioning used as punishment rather than preparation.
The Outlaw Method
Most programs will get you tired. Ours will make you dangerous. This is elite-level, thought-process-oriented strength and conditioning that actually translates to the field.
The belief behind it
That one sentence is the whole program. A number on the bar is easy to chase and easy to fake. Quality of movement is neither — it has to be coached, measured, and repeated until it holds up under fatigue, under load, and under the lights.
So every session at Outlaw is built around four commitments. They don't rotate with trends and they don't get skipped when the schedule is tight.
Four commitments
Corrective exercise and mobility are built into every session — not bolted on when something already hurts. Availability is the first ability, so we train the joints, tendons, and tissue that keep an athlete on the field.
Bar speed is measured rep by rep. That number tells us when to add weight, when to back off, and when an athlete is genuinely ready for more. Data-driven, not guesswork.
Single-muscle focus, full-body results. Targeted isolation work builds the weak links that big compound lifts hide, so strength shows up evenly instead of leaking out at the joints.
Cleans, snatches, and their variations — coached with real technical standards. Done properly, these are the most direct way to teach an athlete to produce force fast.
The difference
Anybody can write a workout that leaves an athlete on the floor. Very few can explain why every movement is in the session, in that order, at that load, on that day.
Load picked by feel, technique corrected only when something breaks, and conditioning used as punishment rather than preparation.
Load driven by measured bar speed, technique coached before it fails, and every accessory chosen to protect the athlete's next season.
In the room
Nothing here is decoration. Each piece exists to answer a question about the athlete in front of us.
Bar speed measured set by set, so load is prescribed off what an athlete can actually produce today — not what the sheet said last week.
Bands and chains that change the strength curve, teaching athletes to keep accelerating all the way through a lift instead of coasting at the top.
Built into the warm-up and the accessory blocks, targeted at the joints each sport punishes most.
Beyond the weight room, this is faith-driven coaching — built on character, discipline, and the kind of grit that shows up on game day and in life.
